This section displays some of the releases from Detroit-area bands over the last 20 years or so.  This includes singles, albums, CD's, compilations and anything else that I have been able to get my hands on.  This website is geared toward supporting the local independent music scene, so don't expect to see Kid Rock or Bob Seger anywhere here.   I tried to organize this stuff logically, but there are probably things missing or in the wrong place.  

Picture Sleeves from singles released in the 70's and 80's.  This section contains a bunch of 45 picture sleeves that were released starting in the late 1970's and into the 1980's.  Most of these bands are no longer around and these records have been out of print for a long time.

Picture Sleeves from more current singles.  This section contains 45 picture sleeves that have been released fairly recently (in the late 1990's and later).  Yes, bands still release singles, so don't go giving up on vinyl just yet.

CD/LP covers from more current releases.   This section contains pictures of the CD covers from a bunch of records that have been released currently (once again in the late 1990's and later).  Most of these CD's can be found usually at local stores such as Desirable Discs or Record Time, or can often be bought directly from the band.  Check their web sites or just buy the CD after the show.  It's easier to find and cheaper than trying to track it down later.

CD covers from Detroit-area compilations.  This section contains pictures of the CD covers from all of the Detroit-area compilations that I have been able to find.  I know that a couple of these also contain some non-Detroit stuff, but they are included as they were produced by a local outfit.

CD covers from some old bands.  This section contains pictures of CD covers from Detroit-area bands that may not be around anymore.  Most of this stuff is also out of print, but you might be able to find some of these around at record shows or the like.

More CD/LP covers from current releases.  This section contains more pictures of current CD/LP releases from Detroit bands.

Compilation LP's from the 1980's.  This section contains info on all of those compilations released on vinyl throughout the 1980's in Detroit by Tremor Records and others.

More CD/LP current releases from 2003 and beyond.   The new releases just keep coming and this includes even more new stuff.
